2010 DATES The 2010 Science Revision Weekend will take place from 24-26 September 2010, at Yarnfield Park Conference Centre in Staffordshire.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST As a way of streamlining the booking process, we have put together an Expression of Interest form which will allow us to judge the demand for the various courses at an earlier stage and make sure we have tutors available etc.

If you are planning to attend the Revision Weekend in 2010, please fill in the form, which can be downloaded (in Word format) here and e-mail it to the "bookings" e-mail address at the foot of this page.

Filling in the form will not commit you to a place, nor will it reserve a place for you - it is just to allow us to gauge interest and get your details on file so that we can contact you nearer the time.

SRW T-Shirts SRW T-Shirt LAST CHANCE TO BUY!
A few remaining "If it smells ..." SRW T-Shirts are available in various sizes, depending on what we have left. Sorry we forgot to bring them to Yarnfield! If you'd like to order one, please send us an e-mail indicating which size you want, and we'll see what we have left. Click on the image to the right for a larger view of the SRW T-Shirt design.

Thanks to everyone who participated in our competition during the weekend to help us design a new SRW T-shirt (this time with added Geology!) The new design, and competition winners, will be announced in late 2009 and the new T-shirts will be on sale at next year's Revision Weekend.

Who We Are The Science Revision Weekend is organised on an entirely voluntary basis by a small group of current and former OU students. It is supported by OUCS, the OU Chemistry Society, and Fusion, the OU Physics & Astronomy Society, but is entirely self-financing. More information on the historical background is available on our history page.

Facebook We have a Facebook Group, which you may find useful for communicating with other students in the run-up to the Science Revision Weekend, for the purpose of arranging lifts etc. To access it, just click here. If you do not already have a Facebook log-in, you will be invited to sign up first. It is fairly easy to do this and you should find it a useful facility.
First Class If you do not use Facebook, you may want to set up a First Class forum for the same purpose. The organisers did try to do this, but apparently it required a larger number of people to request it than there were on the committee. So, over to you!
